What is PUURA?
PUURA is a Hungarian brand focused on women's health, backed by gynecologists as product developers. We develop our products with medical expertise, a scientific approach, and the genuine needs of women in mind.
Our goal is to support women through the different stages of their lives with thoughtfully formulated, high-quality dietary supplements – from trying for a baby and pregnancy through everyday well-being to menopause. We believe that when it comes to a dietary supplement, it is important to know what is in it, why it is in it, and what professional philosophy lies behind it.

When is the best time to take the capsules?
Most vitamins and dietary supplements should be taken with or immediately after a meal, but for certain active ingredients, taking them on an empty stomach may be more ideal, for instance, because other components can affect their absorption. That is why we separately indicate the recommended dosage and method of administration for each preparation on every PUURA product's packaging and product page.
How long should a product be taken for?
This always depends on the specific preparation and the goal. There are products that are worth using long-term, even as part of a lifestyle, while for other preparations, a 2–3 month course may be sufficient to achieve the desired effect. We have formulated PUURA's complex formulas to provide the active ingredients necessary for a given goal in one preparation, so there is generally no need for additional supplementation. We always indicate the recommended duration of use on the product page.
Can multiple PUURA products be taken at the same time?
This depends on which products you would like to combine, as the ingredients of certain preparations may overlap.

Can vitamins be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Yes, in fact, adequate vitamin and mineral intake can be especially important in these life situations. In the PUURA product range, we have developed a separate, complex product line to support pregnancy and the postpartum breastfeeding period. However, it matters which active ingredients you take and in what amounts, so always choose a preparation formulated for your specific stage of life. Can the capsules be opened if I have difficulty swallowing them?
Yes. If you do not like or have difficulty swallowing capsules, the capsule can be opened, and the active ingredient inside can be consumed mixed into liquid or food. It is worth making sure that you consume the full dose.
How do I choose the right product for me?
Choosing the right product always depends on your current life situation and what you aim to achieve with it. How do I receive the ordered products?
We deliver the ordered products via courier service to the shipping address provided by you. The expected delivery time depends on the destination country; for domestic orders, it is typically 1–3 business days. Shipping is free for orders over 30,000 HUF.
What payment methods can I choose from?
Secure credit card payment is available in our webshop. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro bank cards.
When will my package arrive?
Orders received by 2:00 PM are prepared and handed over to the courier service on the same day, while orders placed later are processed on the next business day. As soon as you receive the GLS notification email, your package is on its way and is expected to be delivered on the next business day.
My package hasn't arrived yet – what should I do?

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the product?
We want you to be satisfied with PUURA products. If you change your mind, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
You may return unopened, undamaged products to us, and we will refund the purchase price according to the relevant terms. Due to health and hygiene reasons, different rules may apply to the return of already opened products. You can find the detailed terms of withdrawal and returns in the General Terms and Conditions.
How can I return the product?

I have returned the product, when will I get my money back?
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will initiate the refund as soon as possible. This generally takes a few business days, depending on the chosen payment method.
