General Terms and Conditions
1. Preamble
Trifem Kft. (hereinafter: "TriFem" or "Service Provider") is committed to the development, manufacturing, and sale of quality dietary supplements and cosmetics supporting health preservation and a healthy lifestyle (hereinafter: "Products"). TriFem conducts the sale of the Products through the webshop (hereinafter: "Webshop") operating on its website https://www.puura.hu/ (hereinafter: "Website"). At TriFem, we are pleased that you have visited our Website. Purchasing the Products is possible exclusively through the Webshop, by electronic means.
A condition for purchasing in the Webshop is that the buyer accepts these general terms and conditions (hereinafter: "General Terms and Conditions" or "GTC") as binding, which they shall declare during the ordering process.
2. Subject of the GTC, Contracting Parties
These General Terms and Conditions contain the rights and obligations of natural persons or other legal entity users and buyers (hereinafter "You" or "User") ordering and purchasing Products sold in the Webshop, as well as those of TriFem, including but not limited to the conditions for the conclusion of the contract, delivery deadlines, shipping and payment terms, liability rules, and the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal. (TriFem and the User are hereinafter collectively referred to as: "Parties")

3. General information, formation of the contract between the Parties
These GTC apply exclusively to orders placed by you in the Webshop and Products purchased therein.
Products sold by TriFem may be purchased by any person who has reached the age of 16, provided they accept the provisions of these GTC through conduct. By clicking the "Order" button or any other button indicating the finalization of an order and a payment obligation (hereinafter: "Order" button), you accept the provisions of these GTC, and you expressly declare that you have read and understood the terms and conditions contained in these GTC – in particular the information set forth in Section IV of the GTC – and have accepted them as binding upon yourself.
In the case of a purchase in the Webshop, a contract is concluded between the Service Provider and the User upon the Service Provider’s confirmation of the order as described in these General Terms and Conditions and in accordance with Section V of these GTC. The concluded contract does not qualify as a written contract; it is concluded via an electronic legal declaration. The Service Provider records the contract by order/transaction number. The data entered by you when placing the order, the data stored in the TriFem system regarding the ordered Product, other transaction data (e.g., bank confirmation), and the text of the GTC collectively constitute the contract.
The language of the contract is Hungarian if you accept the Hungarian version of these GTC during the purchase or account registration.
The contract is governed by Hungarian law.
The Service Provider submits itself to the provisions of the Hungarian Code of Advertising Ethics as a code of conduct.
The GTC are continuously available in the footer of the Website's homepage.
The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC. In the event of an amendment to the GTC, the User will be notified by its publication on the Website. The amendment of the GTC may not make performance more burdensome for the User qualifying as a consumer, and it may not affect rights already acquired by the consumer.
Incapacitated persons and minors under the age of 16 with limited legal capacity may not use services through the Website and may not order Products through the Webshop.
A condition for purchasing in the Webshop is that the buyer accepts these general terms and conditions (hereinafter: "General Terms and Conditions" or "GTC") as binding, for which they must make a legal declaration during the ordering process.
4. Pre-contractual information according to Section 11 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses ("Decree")
For contracts concluded between parties at a distance, the Regulation requires the businesses concluding contracts with you, including TriFem, to provide the information below before the conclusion of the contract. TriFem informs you of the following prior to your purchase. Please read this information carefully and make your purchase with the understanding of its contents.
a) Essential characteristics of the service/product
Every product in the Webshop is presented with a detailed description, which facilitates the User’s product selection and purchase decision. In addition to this, we draw your attention to the fact that the images on the pages are for illustration purposes only; the actual products may differ slightly from what is seen in the image.
b)-d) Name, contact details, and business address of the enterprise
Detailed information can be found in point II.
The place of business of TriFem is its registered office indicated in point II. You may address any complaints to any of the contact details indicated in point II.
e) Gross amount of goods and services
The product information sheet contains the gross price of the given product, inclusive of VAT. Prices are indicated in Hungarian Forints (HUF).
The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Our prices and products may change or expand continuously. In the case of specific promotions, the products falling under the promotion will be clearly indicated in the Webshop, stating the relevant discounts; discounts cannot be combined. It is not possible to use two discounts simultaneously. In the case of promotional products, the promotion always lasts until the specified date or while stocks last. We only consider orders placed in the Webshop as to be fulfilled; if you were unable to order the discounted product from the Webshop during the promotion/campaign, you have no opportunity to do so on any other interface (via e-mail or telephone), nor will you be able to modify the order. You may withdraw from your order within 14 days, but in this case, you will no longer be entitled to the discount.
If we cannot supply the (promotionally) ordered product due to a stock shortage, we will send a notification to the e-mail address provided at the time of the order and refund the paid purchase price.
By purchasing the Products, you acknowledge that you are also liable for the delivery costs in accordance with point VII of these GTC, and you undertake to pay them.
You can view the total gross amount of your order on the “Cart” page, which already includes any delivery costs, as well as the fee for cash-on-delivery payments, if applicable, and any discounts you may be entitled to are deducted from the gross price indicated on the product information sheet. Beyond the gross prices indicated here, no further costs can arise for you.
f) Costs of an open-ended contract or a contract including a subscription
TriFem does not apply open-ended or flat-rate contracts.
g) Costs of using means of communication at a distance
TriFem does not apply premium-rate services; the internet or mobile connection required for the purchase is to be paid to your telecommunications provider based on your individual subscriber contract.
h) Terms of performance (deadline for performance, delivery, method of complaint handling)
You have the option to choose from the payment methods defined in point VI. The time of fulfillment of the order and the conditions relating to delivery are contained in point VII. The rules regarding complaint handling are contained in point XII.
i)-l) Exercise of the right of withdrawal and bearing the costs related to return
You will find detailed information regarding your right of withdrawal, the exercise of the right of withdrawal, and the bearing of costs related to return shipping in point VIII.
m) Warranty for defects and product liability
The rights of the User regarding warranty for defects and product liability for Products sold by TriFem are contained in point XI.
n) Guarantee and after-sales customer service and other services
Based on Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.), the warranty obligation does not apply to the Products sold by TriFem. TriFem operates a customer service available via electronic mail (e-mail) at the contact details defined in point II.
o) Code of conduct
TriFem is a signatory to the Hungarian Advertising Ethics Code and has subjected itself to it.
p) Duration of the contract and terms of termination
The contract with you is established for a fixed term, lasting until the delivery of the ordered Product.
q) If the consideration for the goods or service under the contract is personalized based on automated decision-making
The consideration for the given Product is never determined by automated decision-making on a personalized basis; TriFem applies uniform prices for everyone.
r) The shortest duration of the consumer's obligations under the contract;
The contract with you is established for a fixed term, lasting until the delivery of the ordered Product. The contract does not convert into an open-ended one; after the above duration, you have no obligations towards TriFem.
s) Deposits or other financial guarantees to be paid or provided by the consumer at the request of the enterprise, and their conditions;
TriFem does not request you to provide any kind of security.
t)- u) Functioning of goods with digital elements, digital content and digital services, compatibility
Not applicable regarding the Products.
v)-w) Out-of-court complaint handling method, possibility of turning to a conciliation body
You will find detailed information about the complaint handling methods you are entitled to in point XII.
5. Product selection, registration, the purchasing process, binding offer, confirmation
Registration is not required to make a purchase in the Webshop; however, you have the option to create a user account on the Website (hereinafter: "Registration"). Registration is free of charge. With Registration, you can track your orders, submit and manage your withdrawal declarations in accordance with Section VIII of these GTC, and save your shipping and billing information so that you do not have to enter it again during future purchases.
A condition of Registration is that you are at least 16 years of age, provide true, accurate, and complete information during the Registration process, and accept the provisions of these GTC as binding upon yourself. A User is entitled to create one user account. You are obliged to update any changes in the provided information in your user account without delay.
You are responsible for keeping the login details (e-mail address and password) associated with your user account confidential, as well as for all activities performed in the account. TriFem assumes no liability for damages resulting from your password becoming known to unauthorized third parties, unless this occurred due to a reason attributable to TriFem. If you notice that an unauthorized third party may have accessed your user account, you are obliged to notify TriFem immediately using the contact details provided in Section II of these GTC.
TriFem is entitled to suspend or delete the user account if the User violates the provisions of these GTC, otherwise engages in abusive conduct, or conduct otherwise infringing upon the rights of the Service Provider, or provides obviously incorrect or false information. You are entitled to request the deletion of your user account at any time using the contact details provided in Section II of these GTC; the deletion of the account does not affect orders already placed. Detailed information regarding data processing in connection with Registration can be found in the Privacy Policy.
You may add the selected Product to your "Cart". Subsequently, you have the option to continue shopping to select further Products and place them in the "Cart". Before finalizing the order, you have the opportunity to modify the contents of the "Cart", remove Products from it, change quantities, or add new Products. You also have the opportunity to verify and, if necessary, correct the provided customer information.
To conclude the order, you must accept TriFem's General Terms and Conditions. When placing an order, it is mandatory to provide the data necessary for shipping and billing. The purchase of the selected Products is completed by pressing the "Order" button on the "Cart" page. The purchase can be interrupted at any time without consequences before pressing the "Order" button. By pressing the "Order" button, you send your offer regarding the order of the Products to TriFem.
TriFem will confirm receipt of the offer (order) sent by you without delay, but no later than within 48 hours, via an automatic confirmation e-mail. This confirmation e-mail will contain the information you provided during the purchase (e.g., billing and shipping information), the order ID, the date of the order, a list of items belonging to the ordered Product, quantity, the price of the Product, shipping costs, the amount of cash on delivery, and the total amount payable. This confirmation e-mail merely informs you that your order has been received by TriFem. In this regard, this confirmation e-mail does not constitute an acceptance of the offer made by you on the part of TriFem, and no valid contract is formed between TriFem and you by this confirmation.
TriFem accepts your order (offer) via a separate acceptance e-mail, in which it informs you, among other things, about the formation of the contract and the expected delivery time. A valid contract between the Parties is formed at this time.
You are released from your offer obligation if you do not receive the separate acceptance e-mail from TriFem regarding your submitted order without delay, i.e., within 48 hours.
If you have already sent your order to TriFem and notice an error regarding the information contained in the confirmation e-mail, you are obliged to notify TriFem within 1 day via the e-mail customer service mentioned above in order to avoid unwanted orders or the fulfillment of other orders with incorrect or erroneous data.
TriFem reserves the right to refuse the order in justified cases or to withdraw it at any time, temporarily or permanently, in particular:
- in the event of providing false or incomplete data;
- in the event of a low price confirmed by mistake or program error;
- in the event of stock shortages.
TriFem will inform the User about the reason for the refusal or withdrawal in an e-mail message. TriFem does not assume liability for any failure to fulfill or potential damages resulting from the provision of information that does not correspond to the above or from your failure to notify us about such information.
6. Payment Terms
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- Credit card payment using the following payment provider
Shopify Payments: You have the option to pay for your order online by credit card via Shopify's secure payment interface. No Shopify registration is required for credit card payment. Your credit card details are not transmitted to the Service Provider; they are handled exclusively by Shopify's system in compliance with the highest security standards. 7. Delivery terms
- Method of delivery:
It is not possible to collect the ordered Products in person.
TriFem performs the delivery of the ordered Products via the contracted courier company/companies specified in the document titled “Payment and delivery terms” (hereinafter: “Carrier”).
The delivery of the goods is subject to the terms and conditions of the delivery agreement concluded between TriFem and the Carrier. Fulfillment takes place by delivery to the delivery address or the selected Parcel Point/Parcel Locker specified by you, and by handing it over to you or your authorized representative. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
The expected delivery deadline is included in the order confirmation in all cases.
- Delivery fee
TriFem hereby informs you that a delivery fee is payable for the delivery of the ordered Products in addition to the gross value of the ordered Products. Current delivery fees are included in the document titled “Payment and delivery terms,” and are also displayed on the Cart page before placing the order, at the time of finalizing the order. If the delivery fee amount indicated in the Payment and delivery terms differs from that indicated on the Cart page, the delivery fee indicated on the Cart page at the time of finalizing the order shall prevail.
TriFem reserves the right to change the delivery fee, with the proviso that such modification does not affect the purchase price of Products already ordered.
8. Right of withdrawal and cancellation
- TriFem's right of withdrawal
Inventory data is updated on a daily basis; however, there may be instances where, although our system has accepted the order, the Product is already sold out or unavailable. TriFem will notify you of this in every case. The Service Provider is also entitled to the right of withdrawal in the event that the price of the Product was displayed incorrectly and you finalized your order at the incorrect price. In the event of withdrawal, TriFem will send you its declaration via email, and TriFem's customer service will contact you immediately for coordination, and the amount paid by you will be refunded to your account without delay.
- Your right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered Product and return the ordered Product. You are obliged to return the Product at your own expense. The withdrawal/termination period for a contract aimed at the sale of a product: "expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes possession of the product".
You may exercise your right of withdrawal and termination as follows:
- In the case of registration, within your user account, as well as
- online by using the link found in the order confirmation email,
- or by using the withdrawal and termination declaration template attached as Annex 1 to these GTC, or by means of another clear declaration to this effect. In the latter case, the consumer must send their clear declaration of their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal (for example, by post or by electronic mail) to TriFem using the contact details indicated in point II of these GTC.
The consumer exercises their right of withdrawal within the deadline if they send their declaration of withdrawal to TriFem before the expiry of the deadline indicated above. The consumer bears the burden of proving that they have exercised their right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions defined in this point. In the case of withdrawal in writing, it shall be considered as asserted within the deadline if the consumer sends their declaration to this effect to the Service Provider within 14 calendar days (even on the 14th calendar day).
TriFem will in all cases acknowledge receipt of the consumer's withdrawal declaration by email without delay.
In the event of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the ordered Product to the Service Provider's address indicated in point II of these GTC without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the notification of their declaration of withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if the consumer sends (posts or hands over to the courier ordered by them) the Product before the 14-day deadline expires. The cost of returning the Product to the Service Provider's address is borne by the consumer. The Service Provider is not in a position to accept packages returned cash-on-delivery. Apart from the cost of returning the Product, the consumer shall not bear any other costs in connection with the withdrawal.
If the consumer withdraws from the contract, TriFem will refund all considerations paid by the consumer, including the delivery costs paid by the consumer when placing the Order, without delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the consumer's declaration of withdrawal.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance by the Service Provider, the Service Provider is only obliged to reimburse the full purchase price to you upon the return of the undamaged, unused, complete, and unopened product. If the Product has been opened, there is no possibility of withdrawal.
If the packaging or the Product is damaged during the return, the resulting costs shall be borne by you. The Service Provider bears no responsibility for any Product lost or damaged during return transport. In the absence of the Product's return, the Service Provider is under no obligation.
TriFem is entitled to withhold the refund until it has received the Product back or the consumer has provided credible proof that they have returned it: TriFem will take into account the earlier of the two dates.
TriFem will refund the amount due using the same payment method used by you.
9. Other liability issues
- TriFem is not liable for any damages or misuse occurring during or as a result of credit card payments.
- In the event that either party is unable to fulfill any of their contractual obligations as a result of war, rebellion, act of terrorism, strike, accident, fire, blockade, flood, natural disaster, severe energy supply disruption, or any other unforeseeable and unavoidable obstacle beyond your or TriFem's control, such party shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from these events.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided during the order process is accurate. TriFem excludes all liability for damages resulting from incorrect, erroneous, or false information or email addresses provided during the purchase. TriFem shall be responsible for fulfillment and invoicing based on the information provided by you. You have the option to check and modify your information at any time. TriFem is entitled to delete obviously incorrect or false information and, in case of doubt, to verify the authenticity of your information.
- The Webshop sells the Products in the form of a cloud-based service. TriFem is not liable for any damages arising from the improper operation of the internet during the use of the service.

11. Warranty and guarantee
The Service Provider undertakes liability for defects and product liability for the products sold to Users in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. Information regarding your detailed rights and options is provided in Annex 2 of these GTC. Should you wish to make such a claim, please contact us in writing by sending a letter to the postal address or e-mail address specified in Section II of these GTC. We will evaluate your request as set out in Section XII of these GTC.
12. Complaint handling, legal remedy
Certain legal remedies provided in this section are applicable if you purchase as a natural person acting outside the scope of your profession, independent occupation, or business activity, in accordance with Section 8:1 (1) point 3 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: Civil Code).
You may submit your complaints in writing via a letter/e-mail sent to the addresses specified in Section II. Written complaints will be examined and substantively answered within 30 days of their receipt. If you do not agree with our response, you may turn to the competent consumer protection authority, conciliation board, or court with your complaint.
If your complaint against TriFem is not resolved during negotiations with TriFem, you may utilize the following enforcement options:
1. Filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities:
If you observe a violation of your consumer rights, you are entitled to file a complaint with the consumer protection authority competent for your place of residence. Following the assessment of the complaint, the authority will decide on initiating consumer protection proceedings.
Based on Section 45/A (1)-(3) of the Act on Consumer Protection and Government Decree 387/2016 (XII. 2.) on the designation of the consumer protection authority, the government office acts as the general consumer protection authority: https://kormanyhivatalok.hu/elerhetosegek
2. Recourse to a conciliation board:
For the purpose of out-of-court, peaceful settlement of consumer disputes related to the quality and safety of services and the application of compliance rules, as well as the conclusion and performance of the contract, you may initiate proceedings before the conciliation board competent for your place of residence or place of stay, or you may turn to the conciliation board operating next to the professional chamber competent for TriFem’s registered office. Under Section 2 a) of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, a conciliation board may be utilized not only by a consumer as defined by the Civil Code, but also by a civil organization, religious legal entity, condominium, housing cooperative, micro, small, or medium-sized enterprise acting for purposes outside their independent occupation and economic activity, which buys, orders, receives, uses, or utilizes goods, or is the addressee of commercial communication or offers related to the goods.
TriFem is obliged to participate in conciliation board proceedings. For the purposes of this section, sending a response may be considered cooperation in cases under Section 29 (11) of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection.

3. Judicial proceedings:
The consumer is entitled to enforce their claims arising from a consumer dispute before a court within the framework of civil proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure.
4. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):
In accordance with European Union consumer protection rules, we provide the following alternative dispute resolution (ADR) option for EU consumers: In the case of cross-border disputes, EU consumers may turn to their national ADR body or the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net). For more information on your national ADR body, please visit the European Commission website, or consider the options above.
In the case of a User who does not qualify as a consumer as defined by Section 7 (1) point 5 of Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure, the court competent for TriFem’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these General Terms and Conditions. The contracting Parties shall make every effort to settle any disputes through negotiations. If this is not possible, the contracting parties stipulate the jurisdiction of the Budapest II. and III. District Court and the Metropolitan Court, depending on competence, for the settlement of the legal dispute. This clause does not apply to lawsuits where either the plaintiff or the defendant is a consumer.
13. Data Protection
Certain legal remedies contained in this section are applicable if you purchase as a natural person acting outside the scope of your profession, independent occupation, or business activity, in accordance with Section 8:1 (1) point 3 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: Civil Code).

Based on Section 2 a) of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, a conciliation board may be used not only by a consumer defined according to the Civil Code, but also by a civil organization, church legal entity, condominium, housing cooperative, micro, small, or medium-sized enterprise acting for purposes outside their independent profession and economic activity, which buys, orders, receives, uses, or utilizes goods, or is the addressee of commercial communication or offers related to the goods.
TriFem is obliged to participate in Conciliation Board proceedings. Regarding this point, sending a reply letter may be considered cooperation in cases pursuant to Section 29 (11) of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection.

3. Judicial proceedings:
The consumer is entitled to enforce their claim resulting from a consumer dispute before a court within the framework of civil proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure.
4. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):
In accordance with European Union consumer protection rules, we provide the following alternative dispute resolution (ADR) option for EU consumers: In case of cross-border disputes, EU consumers may turn to their national ADR body or the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC Network). In the case of a User who does not qualify as a consumer as defined under Section 7 (1) point 5 of Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure, the court competent for the registered office of TriFem shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions. The contracting Parties shall make every effort to settle any disputed issues through negotiations. If this is not possible, the contracting parties stipulate the jurisdiction of the District Court of Districts II and III of Budapest and the Budapest Metropolitan Court – depending on competence – for the settlement of the legal dispute. This stipulation does not apply to lawsuits where either the plaintiff or the defendant is a consumer.
14. Other provisions
For matters not regulated in these GTC, the provisions of Hungarian law shall prevail, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules for contracts between consumers and businesses, Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce and information society services, and Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection.

These GTC enter into force on 1 October 2026. You may turn to an authority, a conciliation board, or a court with your complaint.
If your complaint against TriFem is not resolved during negotiations with TriFem, you may make use of the following enforcement options:
1. Filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities:
If you observe an infringement of your consumer rights, you are entitled to file a complaint with the consumer protection authority having jurisdiction over your place of residence. Following the assessment of the complaint, the authority shall decide on conducting a consumer protection procedure.
Pursuant to Section 45/A (1)-(3) of the Act on Consumer Protection and Government Decree 387/2016 (XII. 2.) on the designation of the consumer protection authority, the government office acts as the general consumer protection authority: https://kormanyhivatalok.hu/elerhetosegek
2. Recourse to a conciliation board:
For the purpose of an out-of-court, peaceful settlement of consumer disputes related to the quality and safety of services, the application of product conformity rules, and the conclusion and performance of the contract, you may initiate proceedings with the conciliation board competent for your place of residence or habitual residence, or you may turn to the conciliation board operating alongside the professional chamber competent for the registered office of TriFem. Based on Section 2, point a) of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, a conciliation board may be used not only by a consumer as defined by the Civil Code, but also by civil society organizations, ecclesiastical legal entities, condominiums, housing cooperatives, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises acting for purposes outside their independent profession or economic activity, who purchase, order, receive, or use goods, or who are the addressees of commercial communications or offers related to the goods.
TriFem is obliged to participate in conciliation board proceedings. In this regard, sending a response letter may qualify as cooperation in the case specified in Section 29 (11) of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection.

3. Court proceedings:
The consumer is entitled to enforce their claims arising from a consumer dispute before a court within the framework of civil proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure.
4. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):
In accordance with European Union consumer protection rules, we provide the following alternative dispute resolution (ADR) option for EU consumers: For cross-border disputes, EU consumers may turn to their national ADR body or the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net). For further information on the national ADR body, please visit the European Commission's website or consider the options above.
In the case of a User who does not qualify as a consumer as defined by Section 7 (1), point 5 of Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure, the court competent for the registered office of TriFem shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these General Terms and Conditions. The contracting Parties shall make every effort to settle any disputes through negotiations. If this is not possible, the contracting parties stipulate the jurisdiction of the District Court of Districts II and III of Budapest and the Budapest Capital Regional Court – depending on the scope of authority – to settle the dispute. This stipulation does not apply to lawsuits in which either the plaintiff or the defendant is a consumer.
